What Makes it Unique?

  • An excellent flowering plant with a swollen trunk enhances the beauty.
  • An easy-to-grow plant that best grows in pots and outdoor landscapes.
  • Attractive foliage with a smooth and greyish trunk only asks for minimal maintenance.

How to Care?

  • Keep your Champion palm for bright direct sunlight for better and fuller growth.
  • The plants require rich organic fertilizer every month during the main growing season.
  • Spray the plant with neem oil, citrus oil, and eucalyptus oils as a primary treatment against infections and bacteria.
  • Always loosen the topsoil before applying fertilizer without damaging the plant's roots.
  • Always choose a pot or planter with a drainage hole for your Bottle Palm plant.
  • Re-pot the plant once the plant outgrows the current plant and choose a bigger size pot.
  • Keep removing the dead, infected, and decaying leaves of the plant to protect from fungal and bacterial growth.
  • Bottle Palm plants can also grow in air-conditioned rooms. However, keep them away from AC vents.
  • Increase the watering frequency during summer seasons and reduce it during winter and rainy seasons to avoid root rotting.
  • Always choose rich fertile, and organic soil for your Champion Palm for easy uptake of water and nutrients throughout the plant.
  • Re-pot during late evening and keep the plant in a shady place for a few days before moving to direct sunlight.
  • During the initial 2-3 weeks, take due care of your plant and water thoroughly to recover from travel shocks.
  • Keep the plant under direct sunlight and do not re-pot for at least two weeks as the plant may receive shocks.
  • Do not water your Bottle palm on a schedule as overwatering also kills them. Always check by touching the topsoil before watering.
